ITINERARY
Day 01 ARRIVAL TO LIMA.
Transfer from Lima`s Airport to the chosen hotel, depending on your arrival time we can schedule a city tour in Lima.
Day 02 LIMA – NAZCA.
We depart to Nazca in a tourist bus heading to the highway (Panamericana Sur) going through desert and valleys with cotton plantations and asparaguses , we will be arriving to Nazca after 6 hours approximately. The zone is known as the capital of the wine.
Lodging in a chosen hotel.
Day 03 NAZCA – PARACAS.
Transfer to the Airfield in Nazca, each passenger will pay the airport taxes and will board the light airplane flying over the Nazca Lines and observing figures, such us: The Hummingbird, The Spider, The Condor, The Monkey and some geometric figures that one believes are part of an enormous calendar (30 to 35 minutes of flight). At an opportune time you will depart in a tourist bus to Pisco or Paracas arriving to that spot after 3 hours approximately. You will be contacted by a local representative and transfer to the chosen hotel.
Day 04 PARACAS – LIMA
In the morning we depart to the pier to have an excursion which will take approximately two hours to get to the Ballestas Islands where you will observe the marine fauna of Perú, among these: sea wolves, penguins, pelicans and other types of birds which are typical in the Pacific Ocean. Also you will see from the ocean the famous Chandelier which is a spectacular drawing made in the slope the hill located close to the coast. In the afternoon you will depart in a tourist bus with destination to Lima arriving to the city after 3 hours approximately.
Day 05 LIMA – CUSCO
CITY TOUR *
Pick up at the Cusco airport, transfer to the booked hotel. Free time to rest and to be acclimatized to the altitude. In the afternoon you will have a city tour visiting the most important tourist attractions: Sacsayhuaman and Q´enqo, San Pedro local market and the Cusco Cathedral
Day 06 SACRED VALLEY.
We begin the visit heading to the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha) and then we will go in the bus to the guided tour through the SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS, on the way we will visit the lama farm (Awana Kancha), we will Know the town of Pisaq as well as its typical market. If it is Sunday we will show you the typical market of Calca*.
Lunch will be served in a local restaurant located in the Urubamba town, then we will continue toward Ollantaytambo a magnificent Temple and a fortified city which was made built in the XV century by the Inka Pachakutec. Overnight in the Sacred Valley.
Day 07 MACHUPUCCHU.
In the morning we will transfer you to the train station to catch our train to Aguas Calientes town (hot spring) where you will take the bus to go to the Los City of the Inkas MACHU PICCU, to begging the guided visit. By the afternoon we will go back to the Aguas Calientes Town to the booked hotel. Night at leisure to explore the town.
Day 08 MACHUPICCHU.
Morning at leisure. We suggest you visiting once again MACHU PICCHU and if it is possible for you, take some trails to the sun gate, Inka bridge or perhaps to the Huayna Picchu Mountain. In the afternoon you will go back to the town to take the train to Ollantaytambo train station.
Day 09 DAY AT LEISSURE IN CUSCO.
After having come back of visiting one of the new seven wonders, this day will be a very quiet and relaxed day to walk around in Cusco city, The Ancient Capital of The Inkas, and see some other places on your own.
Day 10 CUSCO / PUNO
By the morning we will transfer you to the bus station, to board an special tourist bus with a tour guide and service on board which will take you to Puno city on the way the bus will stop in some places to visit the Sistine Chapel of the Andes, the Palace of the God Wiracocha located in Raqchi, lunch will be served in Sicuani town and finally you will be visiting the site museum of the Pukara Culture consider the oldest culture in the southern of Perú.
You will arrive to Puno in the Afternoon.
Transfer to the chosen hotel.
Day 11 TOURS TO THE UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS IN THE TITICACA LAKE.
Early in the morning we will go to the Puno´s port located in the Titicaca Lake, the highest navigable lake in the world from where we will be departing in a speed boat toward to the UROS floating islands, later on we will continue with our tour tward the TAQUILE islands, arriving to this impressive approximately at noon, after to appreciate amazing landscapes and to know details of this island, considered as the humanity´s Patrimony, we will have a typical lunch and after that we will have a time to wander around the island and finally we will go back to Puno where we will be arriving approximately at 17:00 hours.
Day 12 PUNO / LIMA
Transfer from Puno to Juliaca airport. On the way you will have a quick visit to the pre – Inka cementery of Sillustani*. Flight back to Lima.
End of our services.
